I opened my agency in 2014 after gaining experience as a State Farm team member for another agent, which gave me a strong foundation for building an office centered on relationships and trust. I attended Saint Kate’s, am married with two daughters, and live in the community I serve — which makes our work here especially meaningful. Our team includes three members, and we take pride in creating a welcoming, energetic environment where customers are treated like family and doing the right thing always comes first.
We stay actively involved in the community through local schools, quarterly outreach efforts, the Centennial Area Chamber of Commerce, and St. Jude fundraising initiatives. Our team enjoys a flexible schedule, free snacks and drinks, monthly team lunches, team-building events, a Simple IRA, and health benefits. We’re looking for authentic, reliable team members who operate with integrity, enjoy building strong relationships, and want to be part of a close-knit office that genuinely cares about the people it serves.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
